The Director of New Media, APC Presidential Campaign Council, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has incurred the wrath of supporters of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi.
Fani-Kayode had taken to Facebook early Monday to share a video of Obi disembarking from what appeared to be a private aircraft and lambasted him for claiming on several occasions that he does not fly private.
He captioned the video: ‘”I don’t fly private jet. I don’t even stay in first class. I hate flamboyant life.” – Peter Obi.
‘Liar, liar pants on fire!’ Fani-Kayode wrote.
However, many supporters of the former Anambra governor said if anyone was to be accused of duplicitous behaviour, it should be Fani-Kayode.
Taking to the comment section of Fani-Kayode’s post, Chidiebube Okeoma wrote, “If there is anybody who is a habitual liar, a known no-integrity person who eats his vomits in full glare of the media, his name is Femi Fani- Kayode.
“You have no moral, spiritual nor legal justification to ever call anyone a liar because the simplest summarization of your life is “lie”.
“In your time and just next year Nigerians of greater purpose will defy your wicked and corrupt generation and make Mr Peter Obi president.”
Udeme Cletus wrote, “In a decent society, this efulefu shouldn’t be talking in the public.
“A man of want of integrity, morals and self respect. God forbid!!”
Abiodun Dare wrote, “So with this scarcity of aviation fuel, delayed or cancelled flights that this Buhari government has brought upon Nigerians, you expect a serious presidential candidate to fly a commercial flight to meet up with appointments and schedules?
“With due respect sir, your brain needs to be checked.”
Williams Uchenna wrote, “This is past 1am. Definitely, you are having a sleepless night, all thanks to Obi Peter.”
Ikengwu Steve wrote, “The speed and exigencies of the moment and the number of assignments to be executed in a day make the use of private jet inevitable.
“It is different from when you are attending to normal businesses of daily life pathological lier FFK.”
Catherine Akunna Nzerem wrote, “I am happy he finally accepted to fly privately for his own safety. The enemies will always be confused.”
