Cavaye Yeguie Djibril, President of Cameroon’s Parliament has tested positive to the deadly Coronavirus which has continued to ravage nations of the world.
The President reportedly violated Quarantine guidelines after he refused to undergo self-isolation against the advice of the country’s Health Minister.
According to Ghanaweb, Djibril who was a passenger on a high-risk Air France flight refused to self-isolate for 14 days after his trip.
It was reported that the President of Cameroon’s Parliament has attended at least two plenary sessions where he met with 167 Parliament members at the nation’s National Assembly since his arrival on Tuesday.

Going by the guidelines of World Health Organisation (WHO), Cameroonian government is expected to quarantine all 167 members of Parliament and the other people who have come in contact with them.
