President Buhari was pictured arriving in Katsina and being greeted by a large crowd of people.
The President is in town for the Sallah or Eid-el-Kabir holidays. To mark the occasion, the federal government has declared Monday the 12th and Tuesday the 13th of September 2016, public holidays.
The President went to his hometown in Daura and is taking the time to recharge his batteries after coming from Edo state where he attended the mega rally held for APC candidate Obaseki.
The election which was to hold tomorrow has now been postponed till the 28th of September with INEC citing security fears as the reason for the delay.
