Popular Hollywood producer, philanthropist and writer, Steve Bing has committed suicide by jumping off his apartment building.
According to a report by TMZ, Steve Bing jumped from the 27th floor of his apartment building in Los Angeles on Monday, killing himself in the process.
The report stated that the late producer suffered from depression due to lack of human contact during the coronavirus lockdown.

Steve Bing is the founder of Shangri-la entertainment and became familiar after producing a Sylvester Stallone movie, Get Carter in 2000.
His next big hit was in 2003 when he co-wrote the action comedy, Kangaroo Jack, Missing in Action.
He went on to produce a string of hit movies including, “CSNY/Deja Vu, Rock the Kasbah, Girl Walks Into a Bar and a Jerry Lee Lewis documentary“.
Former US President, Bill Clinton mourned the late producer on social media.
“I loved Steve Bing very much. He had a big heart, and he was willing to do anything he could for the people and causes he believed in.
“I will miss him and his enthusiasm more than I can say, and I hope he’s finally found peace.” Clinton wrote.
