Dozens of policemen on Friday afternoon invaded the Abuja home of the senator representing Kaduna Central senatorial district in the National Assembly, Sen. Dino Melaye.
The way to the residence located at 11 Sangha street, off Mississippi, Maitama, Abuja was also cordoned off by stern-looking policemen who came in Toyota Hilux vehicles.
The mission of the policemen, who reportedly stormed the home some minutes past 12 noon, remain unknown.
The invasion is coming days after Melaye accused the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris of plotting to inject him to death.
