A Kaduna Police officer, Sergeant Yusuf Bello has battered his wife beyond recognition over N500
The battery case has gotten the attention of the state’s Commissioner for Human Services and Social Development in Kaduna State, Hafsat Bala who shared some of the details on her twitter account.
According to the commissioner, this is not the first time Security operatives who think themselves to be immune to the law will be engaged in domestic violence.

She called on other relevant authorities to join forces as they battle this scourge of domestic violence.
