Abia State has been in a state of flux over the appointment of a new governor for the state.
Yesterday the Independent National Electoral Commission issued a certificate of return to Uchechukwu Ogah. Ogah arrived in Umuahia to meet a crowd of people waiting for him.
There were rumours that the crowds were paid to feign support for him, if that is true then ousted governor Ikpeazu apparently got one better by getting women to wail for him.
They allegedly came out this morning to protest over the judgement by Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High court, Abuja, which nullified the election of Okezie Ikpeazu.
But one glance at the photos will give the viewer pause as the women looked to just be going through the motions.
Or maybe they just have a funny way of expressing grief, you decide.
