The Niger State Governor, Abubakar Sani Bello shocked spectators present at the 2016 Batch B parade which held on Thursday by showing u in a full National Youth Service Corps kit.
The state governor was present at the parade which held on Thursday, February 16th and also addressed corps members present.
Governor Sani Bello also inspected the corps members who stepped forward for a march past.
