Manchester United have unveiled their new home kit for the 2016/17 season, the first to be worn under Jose Mourinho’s management.
The strip, designed by German sportswear giant Adidas, features a red shirt, white shorts and black socks – the same design shown in numerous ‘leaks’ which emerged on social media over the past few months.
The shirt is two distinct shades of red, split half-and-half down the middle by a hexagonal pattern.
The strip, which has been spotted on sale in some countries since mid-June, was officially unveiled in on Saturday in Shanghai, as part of United’s pre-season tour of China.
