Oil magnate and Billionaire Jide Omokore, was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at the Federal High Court, Abuja on money laundering charges.
He was also an ally of former Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison- Madueke. Omokore was arraigned before Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court alongside Victor Briggs, Abiye Memnere, David Mbanefo, Atlantic Energy Brass Development Limited and Atlantic Energy Drilling Concepts Limited on Monday.
He pleaded not guilty to the 9 count charge of money laundering leveled against him.
