An unidentified young man has been arrested by civillians at Agbani in Enugu state on Sunday, 1st October, Nigeria’s independence day.
The alleged thief was caught red-handed in an attempt steal a parked motorcycle at Agbani.
The suspected thief was reported to hail from Ebonyi state.
It was also reported that the suspect was roughed up and beaten before he was handed over to the Local Police.
