The President of France Francois Hollande is in Nigeria for the regional security summit in Abuja.
President Buhari himself just returned from London where he went to attend the anti-corruption summit.
He was out to meet President Hollande and play host. President Hollande will be joined by the presidents of Cameroon, Niger Republic, Chad and Benin Republic.
