At least 225 people have been left dead in the Mexico earthquake disaster, and dozens of buildings turned into a pile of debris.
In the aftermath of the 7.1 magnitude earthquake, which rattled the country’s capital, an estimated 225 people have lost their lives with many others left homeless.
History was relived as exactly 32 years ago on Sept 19,1985, a 8.0 magnitude earthquake struck off the southwest coast of Mexico jolting the capital city and small towns throughout the country.
Tuesday’s quake occurred at a depth of 5.1 kilometers (32 miles) which experts consider to be shallow. Shallow quakes are said to be more destructive.
