The Ogun State Command of the Nigerian Customs Service has impounded some items illegally shipped into the country in February.
According to reports, the list includes: 13 Tokunbo vehicles, 12 means of conveyance, 21 motorcycles, 1, 168 bags of foreign rice (50 kg each), and 221 kegs of vegetable oil (25liters each).
Others are: 5 sacks of secondhand shoes and 2 sacks of secondhand bags with a total Duty Paid Value (DPV) of N153, 858, 579, 153.00. at Idiroko axis of Ogun Area Command.
However, obviously the most outstanding of the seizures was a 2018 Range Rover Velar with a price tag of about N52 million.
