The Chairman Emeritus of Daar Communications Plc, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, has been granted bail by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.
Dokpesi was arrested in connection with a payment of N2.1 billion from the office of a former National Security Adviser, retired Colonel Sambo Dasuki.
The money is believed to be part of an arms deal worth $2.1 billion by the immediate part administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
Granting Dokpesi bail on Monday, Justice Gabriel Kolawole put the bail sum at N200 million.
Kolawole also said Dokpesi must have two sureties, one of who must be a Director in the civil service.
The accused is also deposit his international passport with the court.
