The construct of of grooms choosing a best man for their wedding day from their male friends looks to be slowly losing and loosening its grip as more grooms have joined the recent trend of having their female friend stand in as their best man for the day.
As the saying goes, what a man can do, a woman can do better.
It is however yet unheard of that a woman chose her male friend as the ‘Chief Bride’s Man’ for her big day.
