The Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, is reportedly in a meeting with the leadership of the All Progressive Congress, APC and opposition party, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
The meeting comes following the president’s arrival from his over 100 days extended medical vacation in the United Kingdom.
The president who has since his return been working from home is reported to be holding the meeting with the leaders of the political parties at the presidential villa in Abuja.
Recall that the presidency had earlier revealed that Buhari is working from home due to renovations which is ongoing in his office after rats destroyed furniture and Air Conditioning units during the president’s absence.
The Peoples Democratic Party delegates were led into the meeting by the National chairman of the party, Ahmed Makarfi.
