Peter Okoye Calls Out Brother Paul for ‘Discrediting’ His Contributions to P-Square

1 Min Read

Peter Okoye, one half of the popular Nigerian music duo P-Square, has publicly addressed his brother Paul’s recent interviews, where he claimed to have written and sung 99% of their songs. Peter expressed disappointment and hurt over Paul’s constant discrediting of his efforts in the group.

In an open letter on X, Peter listed several songs he had written, including “Ejeajo,” “Get-Squared,” “Bizzy Body,” and “Personally,” which Paul had failed to acknowledge. Peter emphasized that the fans loved P-Square because of their combined effort and uniqueness, not just for one person’s talent.

The brothers have been at odds since their last breakup, with both pursuing solo careers as Rudeboy and Mr. P. Peter wished Paul the best but hoped they could reclaim their spot as the top music group in Africa by working together.
