Leaders and members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have resumed their protest against the “state of affairs in the country”.
The Herald gathered that the protest, led by the PDP Deputy National Chairman (North), Senator Suleiman Nazif, took off from the party’s campaign headquarters, Legacy House, Maitama, Abuja, on Tuesday morning.
The convoy of vehicles conveying the protesters first headed for the European Union (EU) secretariat, located at the Central Area.
An official of the EUj received Nazif and other party officials at the gate, from where they were ushered into the main building at about 11.10am.

Earlier, The Herald reported that
Members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Imo state have protested against Supreme Court judgement removing Emeka Ihedioha, as governor of the state.
The Herald gathered that the PDP members on Sunday, January 19, wore black attire saying that they were not happy that Ihedioha, was removed by the court.

The protesters marched from the Okigwe road party secretariat to the front of Imo government house and returned back to the secretariat.
They said: “We are not happy return back Ihedioha this is an injustice to us and we will not accept this. You must do the right thing. Imo people are not happy.”
