Chinese Super League side, Guangzhou Evergrande have secured the services of former player, Paulinho on loan from Barcelona.
The Catalan club announced this on their website on Sunday evening.
The 29-year-old rejoined Evergrande, where he played between 2015 and 2017, after just a season at Barcelona, where he won the Spanish La Liga and Copa del Rey.
In one season at Barcelona, Paulinho made 34 appearances and scored 9 goals, while he played 63 times in his first stint at Evergrande.
The Chinese side has an option to buy the player on a permanent deal after the end of the loan.
He was an integral part of Brazil’s team to the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, and scored in Brazil’s 2-0 win over Serbia and was substituted in the 73-minute of the Selecao‘s 2-1 loss to Belgium in the quarterfinal on Friday.
