Following the reports of heavy floods in Dubai International Airport, Stranded passengers have lamented over the poor service and unprofessional staff of Emirates airline.

Many passengers have accused Emirates of lack of proper communication with customers which is an important factor which cannot be ignored when managing crisis.

This has led to passengers vowing to boycott the airline

Absolutely zero communication and regard for customers who have been waiting the longest. 1 staff member with 1000s of people waiting with no offering of food, drink or vouchers. For a huge airline and top 3 airport in the world this is a disgust and I will NEVER fly you again.

Ridiculous attitude and service of Emirates check-in staff. Despite huge rush at check-in despite rains and flight delays . Bad attitude and bad service.. no inclination to help. Zero marks for this airline now

Utterly disorganised staff. Despite checking repeatedly at Mumbai about the flight status from Dubai to LA we were told flight is on time. Stuck in Dubai. No proper and clear information or arrangements. Horrid.

Atleast have the decency to offer water and food to people in Queue waiting for your staff to talk to them for alternate flights.

A true test of a company service quality is during crisis, and Emirates failed miserably….

Disaster from emirates, no service, no clue, staff missing in action, hollow promises, 23hr trips taking 60, every traveller given voucher 4 same hotel that was full b4 voucher given, 7 hr queues and no responses, gold travellers treated like second class citizens

Daughters flight from BHX to DHB 11 Jan was delayed 4 1/2 hrs, missing connection to JNB. Had 11 hr wait in DHB only 2 staff on. Now have to fly to FRA 14 Jan then to JNB. She was due to start a new job today!! Why fly from BHX knowing you couldn’t get her to JNB – disgusting!

Well I THINK my husband finally got on his plane to Australia…. 24 hours of waiting at the airport with little to no information and the info he did get was wrong all the time. Sent to a gate number only to find it was a flight to NYC!?? Sort your shit out!!!

Pls ask check-in staff to have a better attitude and behave professionally with passengers firstly struggling to reach airport due to rains then waiting hours in check-in line especially families with young kids…
