Executive Governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde disclosed that he has tested negative for Coronavirus (COVID-19).
This is coming six days after the Governor announced he tested positive to the deadly Coronavirus
However, Seyi Makinde who has been receiving medical treatment since his diagnosis has now tested negative for the virus.
The Governor made the disclosure in a tweet via his official Twitter account.
He wrote “This evening, I received my second negative test result for COVID-19.
“I especially thank Prof Temitope Alonge, who acted in my stead as Head of the Oyo State COVID-19 Task Force.”
It would be recalled that the Governor admonished Nigerians to take the virus and adhere to stipulated guidelines seriously after he tested positive for COVID-19 last week.
