Adams Oshiomhole, National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, has been spotted at Aso Rock in a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari amid the drama surrounding his suspension as the National Chairman of the party.
Oshiomole had been suspended by an interim order restraining him from parading himself as the National Chairman of APC.
Recall that the Herald reported on Wednesday that Justice Senchi Z. Danlami of an FCT High Court ordered the suspension of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The judge gave the order on Wednesday in Jabi following an application by one Oluwale Afolabi seeking an interlocutory injunction asking the court to suspend Oshiomhole, having been suspended as a member of the APC by the party in Edo State.
Joining the National Chairman and APC as first and second respondents, the appellant contended that since his suspension by the party, the party boss has not challenged it in court.
The appellant further argued that since the suspension temporarily deprived him of the privileges of being an APC member, Oshiomhole could not continue to act as national chairman of the party.
