The sisters of the newly wed Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi have revealed that the choice of the Oba’s bride was divinely chosen by the Oracle.
The sisters, Princesses Adesola, Folasade and Adebimpe in an interview with CityPeople revealed that the Ooni, their brother only revealed Wuraola to them about a month ago.
Princess Adebimpe also revealed that the King had told them that they Oracle had revealed Wuraola to him and pleaded with them to accept her adding that Wuraola upon their first meeting did wonderfully well.
About the status of Adebukola, Ooni’s First wife, Princes Folasade said she still remains an Olori in the palace of the king adding that “I wish Kabiyesi long life and I pray for more wisdom for Kabiyesi.”
The Ooni’s sister in her remark to rumours surrounding the Ooni’s new wife and her alleged past and present life said;”You know a lot of things has been happening since they introduced the new Olori to the world. Lots of people were saying evil things about her.
“The majority of what they said are not correct. They were just running her down. But to the glory of God, we still marry her. Is that not wonderful and marvelous.”
