Peoples Democratic Party National spokesman, Chief Olisa Metuh is wearing a new look after spending over a week in custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The PDP spokesman is reportedly on a hunger strike, vowing not to eat until he is released from custody.
According to Ibrahim Magu, the EFCC chairman, Metuh is yet to be released as he is said to have vowed not to return the N400 million he received from the former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd).
Metuh said he would rather go hungry than reund the money, according to sources in the EFCC.
The PDP had protested the release of a close Buhari ally, Jafaru Isa, whilst Metuh remains languishing in detention.
This is how Metuh looks now. He doesn’t appear to have shed so much weight yet, but perhaps a shower and a shave would do him nicely.
