Nigerian rapper Olamide has taken his record label YBNL to the next level as he signed a music distribution deal with Empire Record Label in California, United States of America.
He made the announcement Tuesday night, he also noted that any artiste he signs, including FireboyDML, will reap from the resources, relationships and benefits tied to the joint venture deal he signed with EMPIRE.
Olamide captioned the pictures with “@empire @ybnlmafiafamily JV 🌎 = time to shake the world”.
He also took to Twitter to make the announcement in much more clearer terms. In his tweet on Tuesday, Olamide disclosed that the record deal between his record company YBNL and Empire Distribution, Records and Publishing Inc. is a joint venture deal.
He tweeted: “Happy to announce that YBNL and Empire got a joint venture deal. Myself and Fireboy with any other act i sign next ready to shake the world”

“Time to get to work and serve you guys new Baddo album and new Fireboy album.”
Fireboy congratulated his boss, Olamide, and thanked him for his support.
Fire boy tweeted:“YBNL/Empire. Congratulations, King. thank you for everything,”
The American music company also took to their verified Instagram account to share pictures showing when Olamide was signing the deal with the caption: “Nigeria going global 🌍 @olamide @ybnlmafiafamily”
