Mr. Festus Adebayo, a housing expert, has urged the Federal Government to go back on their decision to merge the Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing for effective administration and development.

According to Adebayo, who spoke with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja on Tuesday, the merger of the three ministries will not augur well for the economic and social development of the country.

“We believed so much in the personality, competence and achievement of Babatunde Fashola before coming to power; but he should not be overburdened.’’ Mr. Adebayo concluded
