OAP Nedu is back yet again with a new take on femininity and moral standards in his podcast, The Honest Bunch.
This time, the media personality has stated that he would rather marry a non-virgin than marry a virgin given the fact that the former make better decisions.
He stated that virgins often tend to carry mostly their chasteness on their shoulders and think it to be the foundation of their very motive.
“If I wan marry, I will not marry person wey be virgin. I’ll tell you why- I think girls that are non virgins make decisions better. Most girls that are virgins they believe oh, ‘this is my pride; my virginity is my pride, my virginity is my value, I’m 30 years old and I’m a virgin and I’ve kept myself’”
However, his opinion was countered by an invited guest in person of Olayode Juliana aka Toyosi from Jenifa’s Diary who opined that some virgins in actuality, are knowledgeable.
She said “there are lot of women who are virgins and are very knowledgeable. They know that that is not all that is to them- they are knowledgeable, you can bring 1million and they will put 50million”
