Nollywood Actress Shan George Begs for Help After N3.6 Million Vanishes from Bank Account

Popular Nollywood actress Shan George is facing financial hardship after falling victim to fraudsters. On Friday, George took to her Instagram account to reveal that a staggering N3.6 million had been stolen from her Zenith Bank account.

Identifying the culprit as Cecilia Chiagoziem Okoro, George shared screenshots of the transactions and pleaded for help from her followers, Zenith Bank, and the authorities.

“I need help cos I’m dying. This person has just cleared my account. Pls my people, everyone please help. Pls Zenith Bank, Reverse it. I can’t access my app. I’m Dead,” George wrote in a desperate plea.

In a separate video, she elaborated on the situation. “Cecilia Chiagoziem Okoro… that’s the name of the person that has just wiped all the money in my account, 3.6 million into an Opay account,” she stated.

George expressed her dire situation, highlighting her lack of funds and appealing to various institutions for assistance. “I am begging everybody, please Zenith Bank, Opay, Abeg make una help me. I take God beg una,” she pleaded.

“I don’t have any kobo [money] anywhere again, what will I eat? I no fit beg [I can’t beg], I beg una, make una help me,” she continued, reaching out to law enforcement as well.

“EFCC [Economic and Financial Crimes Commission], Nigerian Police, abeg, I don’t know the authorities, Zenith bank, I am begging you people,” she urged.
