Nobody Can Fix Nigeria In Four Months After Buhari’s Damage – Reno Omokri

Omokri

A former aide under the Goodluck Jonathan-led administration, Reno Omokri, has said that it is impossible to fix Nigeria within a short period of time.

Speaking via his X account, Omokri said it is wrong to judge President Bola Tinubu as being a catastrophe when he has only been in office for less than six months.

Omokri further said that “though I believe Waziri Atiku would have been a better candidate, nobody could be expected to fix Nigeria four months after President Buhari’s eight years of ruination.”

He also carpeted supporters of the Labour Party’s candidate, Peter Obi, for criticizing Tinubu when he has only spent few months in office, adding that Peter Obi does not have the capacity to fix Nigeria.

“Peter Obi did not fix Anambra in 8 years. Yet, Obidients are accusing Tinubu of being a failure after four months,” he stated.

Omokri also noted that Tinubu has not failed, though the opposition wants him to.

He alleged that was the reason they formed a very powerful bullying clique on social media to bully anybody who says positive things about Nigeria and President Tinubu.

According to Omokri, he fought Buhari for eight years because he was a tribalistic leader, but Tinubu is different in terms of appointments, as he has been fair to all zones, including those who did not vote for him.

He further added that “as long as he continues on this path, and as long as he does not reintroduce fuel subsidy, I won’t fight him. But if subsidy comes back, then woe betide him.”
