The embattled leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, today appeared in court in a Jewish outfit which has sparked reactions among Nigerians.
Recall that the pro-Biafra group leader who appeared before the justice of the federal high court, Abuja, Binta Nyako today was relieved of six (6) of the eleven (11) charges leveled against him by the Federal Government.
The six dismissed charges against the pro-Biafran group leader bordered on “ownership of unlawful society, illegal importation of radio transmitters and researching on how to make improvised explosive devices”.
The decision of the judge came after the prosecutor was unable to present evidences against the accused.
The judge however held that Nnamdi Kanu would be re-arraigned before the court on a five count of treasonable felony.
