The Jigawa state government has thrown open a bid for the construction of 90 Mosques in the state and reports indicate that no fewer than 78 construction companies are battling to secure the contract.
This was made known by the Chairman, Tender Board Committee for the project, Muhammad Musa.
However, the open bid has caused reactions on social media as Nigerians have faulted the plan by the state government to construct three mosques in each of the 30 constituencies of the state.
