Nigerians have seized the moment to applaud the King for using digital technology to convey his message to the youths.

Here are some reactions culled from Twitter;

See king, the Ooni of Ife (kabiyesi) dey feature for skit, tell some unknown people with small change to help you push your brand they will start forming shit. Dey overrate themselves.🤪

HUMILITY is a virtue even in wealth.

@SodiqTade

I don’t see anything wrong with Ooni of Ife been in that Macaroni’s skit.
Just a King trying to solidarise with resourceful youths and also using the opportunity to promote culture. A King!

@BemiwoElis

His contribution in the skit speaks of the eroding traditional values.

National orientation agency should use Macaroni’s skit as blue print.

@samKleave_ng

Ooni of Ife remains my favorite royal figure in the world.
So relatable and supportive.

Aye si n kunle, aye si n dobale

@DaminabiEric

It wasn’t just about Ooni Of Ife featuring in Mr macaroni ‘s video. The respected traditional ruler used the opportunity to educate us on the need to respect not just elders but rulers.
