Nigerians on social media have berated a financial institution for the new strategy it has employed in relating with its customer base.
Access bank through its official handle on Twitter questioned followers if it is okay for a woman to make the first move in initiating a relationship.
The question and its correlation with the significance of the financial institution was lost on social media users as they reacted negatively to the question which was not aimed at improving their financial welfare.
Others complained about the services offered by the bank and its employees.
