Nigerian singer Seyi Vibez, known for his hit song “Different Pattern,” recently opened up about his challenging past. In an interview with Cool FM, Lagos, Vibez revealed he left home at the young age of 15 to “hustle” for himself and his family due to difficult circumstances.
“Even my own family freed me,” Vibez said, describing the tough decision. “They said, ‘Go, don’t die here. It’s better you go away and hustle for yourself.'”
Despite these early hardships, Vibez persevered and found success in the music industry. His breakout single “Chance (Na Ham)” launched him to stardom in 2022. The song’s popularity even earned him the “Best Street-Hop Artiste” award at the 16th Headies Awards in 2023.
