Nigerian Rapper Odumodublvck Deems Abortion as ‘Murder’

1 Min Read

Renowned Nigerian rapper, Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, has expressed his strong stance against abortion, deeming it as “murder” based on his religious beliefs. Odumodublvck shared his views on abortion during a recent episode of the Zero Conditions podcast.

In the podcast, the rapper unequivocally stated, “I Odumodu, I don’t believe in abortion. I feel it as murder because that’s what my Bible tells me. I know if I come face to face with Jesus, he would tell me that abortion is not right. So, no human being made of flesh can tell me that it is right.

Odumodublvck went further to question the notion that “prostitution is a profession,” asserting that “the body belongs to God.” His comments reflect a strong alignment with his religious convictions and a rejection of societal views on certain controversial topics.

Abortion has become a prevalent and contentious subject within the Nigerian entertainment scene, with the recent comments of former Big Brother Naija reality show winner, Phyna, sparking a national uproar. Phyna’s assertion that “most women have done abortion” has contributed to a heightened public discourse surrounding reproductive rights and moral perspectives in the country.
