Facebook co-founder and one of the richest men in the world, Mark Zuckerberg took to his social media account to appreciate his Nigerian friend with whom he had raced.
Mark Zuckerberg wrote on his Facebook page: “Thanks Ime for pretending like we run at the same pace. Fist bump at mile 9! #SFHalfMarathon”
The Nigerian born Ime Archibong who had raced the Facebook co-founder in the marathon is also the director of product partnerships at Facebook.
Archibong’s work with Facebook involves leading a team of experts working to connect the social media’s products and strategies with various business partners.
Archibong was raised in North Carolina and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Yale University and a MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
He has also worked with IBM for several years before joining the Facebook team.
