Nigerian singer and rapper, Logos Olori, recently survived a harrowing car accident in Lekki, Lagos, as he shared the news on his X page. Olori, a signee of the Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) record label, not only revealed the incident but also informed his followers that his label boss, Davido, had pledged to replace the damaged vehicle with a new one.
Accompanied by photos of the wrecked car, the artist expressed his gratitude for his life and credited Davido, who he affectionately referred to as “Godfather 001,” for the support. In addition to discussing his fortunate escape, Olori took the opportunity to address the deteriorating condition of the Lekki road, the location of the accident, urging the government to prioritize repairs.
He wrote, “Thank God for life. Only one Godfather 001 @davido. New whip on the way. Make them try do Lekki road.”

Logos Olori’s journey in the music industry has seen its share of controversies. His debut single ‘Jaye Lo’ video, released in July, sparked controversy due to a scene featuring people praying and dancing in front of a Mosque. This segment of the video was met with criticism, particularly from members of the Muslim community who found it disrespectful to their faith. In response to the backlash, Davido chose to remove the “offensive” video from his social media platforms and produced a new video for his artist.
