Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), has announced that a manhunt has been launched for the Lebanese who offered to sell Nigerian woman for $1,000.
Dabiri-Erewa disclosed this on her official tweeter handle.
In her tweet, she stated that “the Nigerian mission in Lebanon has since reported to the host authorities. A manhunt is on for the man and all-out search for the young girl. Let’s keep her in our prayer.”
This came shortly after a Lebanese uploaded the passport of a 30-year-old Nigerian lady online, advertising her for sale.
