Nicole Kidman, Hugh Grant, Lily Collins, Naomie Harris to be Honored at 2016 Hollywood Film Award

2 Min Read

Congratulations are in order for Nicole Kidman, Hugh Grant, Naomie Harris and Lily Collins—the latest bunch to be announced as honorees for the 2016 Hollywood Film Awards.

Dick Clark Productions announced that Kidman and Grant will be taking home the awards for Hollywood Supporting Actress and Hollywood Supporting Actor for their respective roles in Lion and Florence Foster Jenkins.

The two will be joined by Hollywood Breakout Actress winner Harris, for her roles in Collateral Beauty and Moonlight, and New Hollywood award winner Collins, for her role in Rules Don’t Apply.

The awards, which are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year, will be held on Nov. 6 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel and will be hosted by James Corden.

Serving as one of the first awards show of the season, Hollywood Film Award winners often go on to receive Golden Globes and Oscars, which means these honorees are in for a potentially great year—Just ask Kidman, who won her first HFA in 2001 for Actress of the Year and later went on to win a Golden Globe and received an Oscar nod the same year.

Previously announced honorees include Eddie Murphy, who will be receiving the Hollywood Career Achievement Award, and Tom Hanks, who will be given the Hollywood Actor Award.

Other winners include director Tom Ford, producer Marc Platt, costume designer Albert Wolsky, and films Zootopia and The Jungle Book.

More honorees will be announced in the upcoming weeks. (Reuters/NAN)
