Nicki Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty has finally registered as a sex offender after being arrested last week.
Last week, Petty was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender after being told numerous times by police officials to do so.

Petty was convicted in 1995 of first-degree attempted rape, he was only 16 years at the time and served time in prison, upon his release he was ordered to register as a sex offender, but he failed to do so.
Unfortunately for Petty, he was pulled over by Beverly Hills Police in November of last year after which he was arrested when they discovered he had not registered as a sex offender. His bail was set at $20,000 and he was ordered at the time to register as a sex offender in California, however he failed to do so again until he was arrested last week.
According to the New York State’s Sex Offender Registry, an offender must notify the Division of Criminal Justice Services within 10 days of any change of address.
