Newlywed Fatima Ribadu, the daughter of pioneer EFCC chairman, Nuhu Ribadu, has apologised after her wedding dress created quite the stir on social media.
Fatima got married to Aliyu Atiku, son of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar at a well-attended wedding fatiha in Abuja on Saturday.
Photos of the event circulated on social media and the Islamic fashion police had a fit after her wedding dress was deemed to have revealed too much flesh.

She took to social media to apologise and offer an explanation on the dress.
She explained in her apology dated October 5 that what was seen in the photo was actually an underdress which was mistaken for her flesh because of its brown colour.
However, she apologised to her family and friends that the pictures taken inside her home got out on social media in the first place.
