The Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi, has “confessed” that the interests of ministers are considered first in the award of Federal Government scholarships.
Amaechi, who is the Director General of the Buhari Campaign Organisation, made the “confession” in an audio tape leaked by former presidential aide, Reno Omokri on Twitter on Tuesday.

In previously released tapes, Amaechi purportedly criticised President Muhammadu Buhari’s economic policies, called Nigerians “cowards”, and complained about his meagre salary and allowances.
