The National Executive Council (NEC) meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC) which holds every month has been suspended indefinitely following an internal crisis rocking theleadership of the party.
This is coming after a Federal High court suspended the party’s National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole over perceived maladministration of the APC.
It would be recalled that Victor Giadom, APC Deputy National Leader summoned the monthly NEC meeting after the suspension of his boss. This raised eyebrows as some APC Chieftains opined Giadom lacked the authority to summon a meeting.
Tinubu who reacted to the crisis affirmed that Giadom’s political career may not know longevity as he has allowed himself to be the pawn, acting under instructions of party members who had selfish personal ambitions.
