The nation was plunged into a state of complete darkness as National Union of Electricity Employees (NUEE) embarked on strike on Dec 11, 2019. Nigerians have reacted to the nationwide blackout on social media

The strike which lasted a day was called off in the early hours of today as reported by The Herald.
