A young Nigerian school leaver has cried out over the extortion imposed on young school leavers by a certain educational institution in Lagos.
The young school leaver who took to her social media page on Instagram to narrate her experience noted that her Alma matter charged her a sum of N30,000 for the collection of her West African Examination Certificate.
