Popular Nigerian musician, Duncan Mighty has cried out over what he tagged as threat to his life after receiving money from former Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha.
Mighty on Friday, October made this known through his official Instagram page, saying he was ready to return the money to Okorocha. He claimed that the former governor gave him the funds to record a song.
He wrote: “Your Excellency, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, compliments of the season. I am writing to inform you that my life is being threatened because of the money you paid for me to record a song with one of your boys.

After I recorded the song prior to doing a video, I have been invited to the police and several threats have been issued to my life. Please, I want to return the money to you to avoid further embarrassment to my person.”
Meanwhile, The Herald reported that Nigerian singer, Duncan Mighty who dominated most of 2018 with his songs and collaborations with top artistes stated that he was proud that he’s a job creator rather than just a flash celebrity.
The Rivers State based singer is known for his less-than-flashy fashion sense and is normally in his oil resistant jacket, jeans and boots.
Duncan Mighty took to his Instagram to thank God for where he is and how he would never live the fake life that many fans seem to want him to live.
