Eunice Mojisola Olawale; who was murdered by alleged Islamic extremists in the early hours of July 9 during her regular ‘Morning Call’ in Kubwa, Abuja, will be laid to rest today, July 23. It is a sad turn of events as it falls on the same day the deceased would have celebrated her 42nd birthday. Born in 1974, Mrs. Olawale was a Deaconess at the Divine Touch Parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Abuja.
A Service of Songs was held yesterday at the RCCG Newlife Assembly, Kubwa, Abuja; attended by family and well wishers. Today, the funeral service will hold at the same venue and Mrs. Olawale will be buried at Apo Cemetary, Gudu-Garki, Abuja aftewards.
Eunice Mojisola Olawale is survived by her husband, Pastor Elisha Olawale-a minister at the Redeemed Christian Church of God- and their 7 children.
