Chelsea forwards, Alvaro Morata and Eden Hazard have each penned an emotional farewell to departing team mate Cesc Fabregas who will become a Monaco player in the nearest future.
The Spaniard was the captain of the day against Nottingham Forest and even though he missed a penalty, he was still sent off with a standing ovation when he came off the field.
Morata, who is also Spanish, scored both goals and after the game, he said goodbye on his Instagram page.
“You don’t know how much I’m going to miss you!” Morata said.
“To you and your wonderful family, thank you for helping us in every way possible.
“Thank you for all the moments we’ve lived and good luck in everything that you do!”

Morata wasn’t the only one with words to say about Fabregas’ departure as Eden Hazard also had nice things to say about the former Arsenal player.
“In five years I can say that I was lucky to play with him,” the Belgian said
“Since the beginning when he came, we saw it the first year, we won the double together.
“Top guy on the pitch, off the pitch, a great friend of mine. I hope he will have a good future.
“He’s a bit old now! But he’s still very good and he will enjoy.”
Fabregas signed for Chelsea in 2014 and has since then won 2 Premier League titles and an FA cup in his time back in England.
