Despite the controversy garnered after her performance at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) in 2013, Miley Cyrus has been given the chance to host this year’s VMA’s come August 30.
The Wrecking Ball singer made the announcement on Instagram recently dressed up as an alien wearing a sign which reads: “MTV won’t let me perform so I’m hosting this year’s VMAs. Fuck yeah VMAs!!!!! #VMAs”
